Last Mile- Driver Management Platform FAQ's

  • Log in to the Performance App of LMDmax.

  • The dashboard will open. Click Management on the left navigation bar.

  • The Data Management list will open. Select and open the callout option.

  • Click on the + sign in the blue square box on the right right-hand of the screen.

  • The list of drivers will open, select the drivers.

  • Fill in the details of call-out time, excuses, and reasons. Click the green tick to save it.

  • Log in to the Performance App of LMDmax.
  • The dashboard will open.  Click Management on the left navigation bar.
  • The Data Management list will open. Select and open the Rescue option.
  • Click on the + sign in the blue square box on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • The list of details to be filled in will open. Rescuer would be the person rescuing & received would be the person requiring the rescue.
  • Fill in the details and then click the green tick to save it.
  • Log in to the Performance App of LMDmax.
  • The dashboard will open. Click Chat on the left navigation bar.
  • A chat window will open.
  • Click on the broadcast sign
  • Select your drivers.
  • Click on CREATE BROADCAST at the bottom of the window.
  • Type the message to be sent and click on send arrow.
  • Login to the Performance App of LMDmax.
  • The dashboard will open. From the left-hand side available functions, select the Reports option.
  • Daily and Weekly Report sections will open.
  • Click on the dropdown. All reports are already opened by default, no dropdown button is required, and the one that’s present is just a separator for the daily and weekly sections.
  • Select the report you want to view and analyze.
  • The information can be seen directly. It can also be downloaded from the Download option on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • Log in to the Performance App of LMDmax
  • The dashboard will open. From the left-hand side, available functions, select the Chat option.
  • Click on the Filter button.
  • Click on Today’s Rostered Drivers (Upload Button)
  • Select File and Upload. You can also drag and drop the file.
  • Hit the submit button and refresh the page. Open chat again. 
  • Click on the Filter button The weekly rooster report data has been uploaded to the system.

Write-Ups can be sent to Drivers for anything they might do incorrectly, and a log can be checked as well. The DA will have to acknowledge this write-up by signing it.

  • Open the LMD chat application on mobile and log in.
  • Select Write – Up option at the bottom of the screen.
  • Click on Add Report. Select the driver, incident type, and then your notes, and click next, post so that you can add your message for the driver, you can also select any template you’d wish.
  • A list of details to be filled in will open. Fill in the details.
  • Click on Next.
  • Add the message. You can also select the messages from pre-set templates.
  • Click on next.
  • The message preview will be shown. Click on send. The writeup report has been added to LMD Chat App.
  • Log in to the Performance App of LMDmax.
  • The dashboard will open. From the left-hand side, available functions, select the template option.
  • Click on Add new template button on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • Fill in the details like template title, message, and tags. 
  • Click on Save.
  • The template is added.
  • Log in to the Performance App of LMDmax.
  • The dashboard will open. Click on it.
  • Click on the drivers’ button in the top row.
  • Select and click on the driver to be made activated or inactivated. 
  • The selected driver data page will open.
  • Click on the profile.
  • Click on edit on the right side of the screen.
  • Do the necessary changes.
  • Click on Save. The Driver had been activated or vice versa.
 

RTS Checkout Application FAQ's

Yes, credentials remain the same for all the users – DSP owner and admins across both the platforms.

  • Log in to the application
  • Go to the Inspection View page
  • Select the driver from the list.
  • Enter the number of vans to be dispatched and hit Submit
  • In the list below, the user can select the Driver for respective van numbers and enter the CX No, Staging Location, Stops, Packages and Estimated time of return
  • Once all the details are entered, select the checkbox, this saves the entered data for every van
  • A message can be sent out to the drivers by clicking on the message sign next to the checkbox
  • Repeat the above steps for the vans which are to be dispatched

Driver Return Inspection is done once the drivers return to the station after delivering the packages. This is for the vans which have been assigned in the morning during loadout

Van Inspection can be done for any van without assigning a driver. Van inspection can be used as an audit process for the vans weekly or biweekly.

  • Yes, a user can add custom questions from the Edit Inspection page
  • There is a plus sign card at the bottom of the page, from a user can select that enter the name or parameter for inspection and enter the name from which it will be visible on the reports page
  • From the options on the left, a user can choose whether the answer will be captured via a picture or yes/no or numerical or text field
  • Body damages can be added in two ways – while completing the inspection and via the body damage section from the vehicles page
  • First -go to the vehicles page
  • Select a particular van for which damage needs to be added
  • Select the body damage section from the right part of the page
  • If the user has the pictures saved then they can be added via the web application. If in case, a user wants to click the pictures of the damage then they can capture those via the mobile app
  • Select the damage from the drop down
  • Add a driver name if needed – this can be used to capture which driver was driving at the time when the damage occurred
  • Users can also upload incident reports for any damage/accident
  • Click submit
  • Second -while completing the inspection via mobile app, users can see an option to add damage on the front, rear, driver’s side and passengers side
  • The users will be redirected to the add damage page to enter the above-mentioned details and the same steps can be followed to complete the process
  • Go to the vehicles page
  • Select a particular van for which Issue needs to be added
  • Select the mechanical issue section from the right part of the page
  • If the user has the pictures saved then they can be added via the web application. If in case, a user wants to click the pictures of the issue then they can be captured via the mobile app
  • Select the issue from the drop down
  • If you want to add anything outside of the list, then mention it in the others section
  • Users can upload incident reports for any issue they would want to add
  • Click Submit
  • Log in to the application
  • Click on inspections from the left navigation on the dashboard
  • Enter the number of vans dispatched
  • Assign the drivers to the vans
  • Enter the details CX No, Stops and Est time return (Optional). Click the checkbox as you assign the vans
  • Once the vans return, the inspection can be done via the mobile app with the below steps.
  • Sign in to the app
  • Select driver return inspection from the drop-down on the top right corner of the dashboard
  • Click on Inspect
  • Answer the inspection questions, click pictures, and add any comments at the end of the inspection
  • Submit inspection
